On October 25, a mass brawl occurred in the courtyard of the residential complex "Prokshino," involving foreign construction workers. According to local residents, during the conflict, windows on the ground floors of buildings were shattered and cars were damaged.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 19 of those brought in were detained on suspicion of hooliganism, and the issue of revoking citizenship from Russia concerns two of them. Additionally, administrative protocols have been drawn up against 65 offenders, and the possibility of deportation is being considered for some.
