The agency received requests from drivers who noted that there are long queues at GUOBDD for submitting documents for licenses. For this reason, many are unable to complete the process within the established deadlines.
Previously, the Patrol Police Department recommended that drivers engaged in passenger transportation prepare all necessary documents for licensing in advance. The deadline for submitting applications was set for December 1.
In response to citizens' requests, the head of GUOBDD, Azembek Kozukeev, instructed to create more convenient conditions for drivers and to eliminate long queues. He added that document acceptance will also take place on Saturdays, and the lunch break will be shortened. Additionally, the deadline for license verification and conducting raid activities with the imposition of fines has been extended until February 1 of the following year, according to the report.
