From November 10 to 16, the World Cup in mountain distance sports tourism will take place in the city of Osh, in the Kerme-Tuu mountain range.
According to information provided by the Department of Tourism, athletes from different countries will showcase their skills in mountaineering and mountain tourism on specially prepared routes.
This event is an important international occasion, highlighting the growing role of Kyrgyzstan as one of the key centers for mountain and sports tourism. "The organization of the World Cup will be a significant step in enhancing the country's image on the global tourism stage and strengthening Kyrgyzstan's status as a destination for mountain adventures," the official statement notes.
