In accordance with lease agreements, every person renting municipal property must make payments on time. Employees of the Municipal Property Management continue to call tenants, including those who have not fulfilled their financial obligations, to remind them of the need to pay.
The City Hall strongly urges tenants to take this notice into account, settle any existing debts, and make rental payments for the IV quarter of 2025 within the established deadlines.
It should be noted that in the event of non-payment of rent for more than two months, the City Hall reserves the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.
Unpaid debts may lead to the following consequences:
• judicial collection and annulment of the contract;
• referral to law enforcement agencies;
• disconnection of electricity and water supply (for land leases for a term of five years or more);
• accrual of a penalty of 0.1% for each day of delay, but not more than 25% of the debt amount;
• dismantling of light-type facilities in the absence of rent payment for more than three months or violation of contract terms.
Ignoring the City Hall's requirements will result in the publication of lists of defaulters on the official website and their dissemination through mass media.
