According to the information provided by the city administration, the new retail facilities will be designed in a unified architectural style, which will help avoid the chaotic layout characteristic of previous constructions. This will also ensure free movement of traffic. The retail spaces will be leased to those citizens whose shops were demolished near the hospital.
Mirlаn Kazybai uulu, head of the municipal property management department, reported on plans to expand the channel behind the hospital.
“The area behind the hospital will be opened and paved. There are also plans to expand the ditches where shops and pharmacies will be built,” he noted.
Kazybai uulu added that in accordance with the master plan, landscaping and the construction of light temporary structures are permitted in this area.
“We managed to find an investor who will build 32 light pavilions. He will provide us with their technical passports and sign a lease agreement, after which he will be able to sublease the spaces to other entrepreneurs,” he emphasized.
