As of today, the Issyk-Kul Electric Network Enterprise has completed the installation of smart meters in the following quantities:
- Jeti-Oguz RES — 11,895 units.
- Balykchy RES — 6,664 units.
- Ak-Suu RES — 8,710 units.
- Cholpon-Ata RES — 7,509 units.
- Ton RES — 6,718 units.
- Karakol RES — 2,625 units.
A total of 46,400 smart meters are planned to be installed by the end of 2025, of which 95% have been installed to date.
The branch of OJSC "NESC" — Issyk-Kul Electric Network Enterprise supplies electricity to 137,728 consumers, of which 99,426 are already using smart meters.
The installation of smart meters allows for remote reading of measurements, as well as the ability to connect and disconnect subscribers remotely without the need for a personal visit.
