According to information from residents, there has been a power outage in several areas of Bishkek.

In particular, residents of the Isanova and Ryskulova districts, as well as the area around the Ala-Archa shopping center, have been without electricity for more than five hours.

As reported by the Bishkek Electric Networks Company, the outage occurred due to an emergency situation.

Earlier today, a power transmission cable line was damaged at the intersection of Chuy and Umetaliev streets, as well as Kyiv and Togolok Moldо streets, due to high load. Immediately after the incident, an emergency team from the OJSC "NESC" branch was dispatched to the site. The repair took about one hour, after which electricity supply in the affected area was restored, the BПЭС reported.

As of 17:46, electricity supply in the Ala-Archa shopping center area was still absent.

According to BПЭС representatives, no outages have been recorded in the areas they service. If an outage did occur, it is related to the work of the company "Electrosila," they noted.

However, no one answered the contact number +996(312) 67-57-49 listed on the "Electrosila" website. The company's dispatch service is also unavailable at +996 776 675 452. As of 18:10, electricity supply in the Ala-Archa shopping center area continues to be absent.
