The Naryn Electric Networks Enterprise has completed preparations for the autumn-winter season of 2025-2026. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the preparations, repairs and maintenance of energy facilities were carried out, including power transmission lines and transformer substations, which will ensure reliable electricity supply for the residents of the Naryn region in the upcoming heating season.
Among the key tasks accomplished are:
* capital and current repairs at 59 substations of 35 kV and above, as well as at 1,995 transformer substations of 10/0.4 kV;
* current and capital repairs on 2,007.3 km of power transmission lines of 35 kV and above, as well as 4,297.4 km of lines of 10/0.4 kV;
* replacement of 9,225 old insulators;
* updating 94.42 km of wires of 10/0.4 kV lines to self-supporting insulated cables (SIP-2,3), which will improve reliability and reduce technological losses;
* installation of 11 new transformer substations of 10/0.4 kV;
* replacement of 4 TM-type transformers without a cabinet and 21 complete transformer substations (KTP) with GCTP;
* conducting tests and inspections of relay protection and automation system equipment.
According to the plan for 2025, it was scheduled to install 32,753 single-phase and three-phase automated accounting meters throughout the region. Currently, 30,504 meters have already been installed, and the remaining 2,246 are to be installed by the end of November this year.
Regarding capital construction:
* the construction of two administrative buildings for the staff of the At-Bashinsky and Jumgal Electric Networks continues;
* in October of this year, the administrative building of the Naryn Electric Networks was put into operation;
* under construction are a transformer repair shop and a reinforced concrete shop in the Kochkor region, as well as a service and utility room in the village of Cholok-Kayin and substations 35/10 kV "Taldy-Suu" and 110/35 kV "Kur-Terek."
