The Bishkek Electric Networks enterprise, part of OJSC "NESC," has provided an official explanation regarding the temporary power outage at the address 81 Masalieva Street.
It has been reported that the outage occurred at the end of August this year due to accumulated debt for electricity, which amounted to about 3 million soms. The residents of this building moved in without the necessary documentation.
The day after the outage, representatives of the residents contacted the Bishkek Electric Networks enterprise. During the discussion, which included co-founder of the construction company Tashov Azizbek Asamidinovich, the parties were able to reach an agreement.
As a result, the residents made a partial payment of 400,000 soms and signed an agreement for phased repayment of the remaining debt by December 22, 2025.
Currently, electricity supply to the building has been fully restored, and power is being supplied in normal mode.
The Bishkek Electric Networks enterprise reminds that it is important to properly document and timely pay for electricity to ensure the stability of power supply and the reliable operation of the city's energy system.
