According to the enterprise's data, some residents have accumulated debts exceeding 5,000 soms. They have been handed notifications and the reasons for the necessity of settling the debt have been explained.
Previously, homeowners' committees received lists of non-payers with a request to convey this information to the residents and assist in resolving the issue of debts. However, despite the notifications, a significant portion of the residents has not made payments.
During the raids, residents were reminded once again of the consequences: if the demands of "Bishkekgorlift" are not met, the enterprise will be forced to suspend the operation of the elevators. According to the terms of the maintenance contract, if the debts for one entrance exceed the amount of charges for two months, the enterprise has the right to temporarily discontinue its services. This is necessary to maintain regular repairs and technical servicing of the elevators.
