Of the total amount of funds allocated as subsidies, a significant portion was received by the following institutions:
- Municipal Enterprise "Bishkek Passenger Automobile Transport Enterprise" — 78 million 841.3 thousand soms;
- Municipal Enterprise "Bishkek Trolleybus Administration" — 10 million 507.7 thousand soms.
According to the resolution of the City Hall dated November 11, 2021, No. 05/292, a subsidy of 203 million 859.6 thousand soms was established for the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkek Trolleybus Administration," intended to cover expenses for transporting beneficiaries in 2023.
At the same time, the amount of the subsidy calculated based on the actual routes performed was 160 million 253 thousand soms. Additionally, from the city budget, 33 million 099.9 thousand soms were allocated for the difference in tariffs from November 1 to December 31, 2023. Thus, by the end of 2023, there was an excess funding of 10 million 507.7 thousand soms intended for the transportation of passengers entitled to free and discounted travel, without taking into account the actual routes performed.
