According to the report, the following real estate returned to the city's ownership:
— 12 plots of land with a total area of 14.7 hectares and an estimated value of 775.5 million soms;
— 6 non-residential premises occupying 3,764 square meters and valued at 364.2 million soms.
Additionally, court decisions were made to return three land plots with a total area of 28.95 hectares to municipal ownership.
In 2024, 106 auctions were held with a total amount of 119.4 million soms.
Five meetings of the municipal housing privatization commission were held, during which 75 applications were reviewed, of which 48 were approved.
Thanks to the attracted funds, 20 public transport stops were updated in a new format.
According to the decisions of the administrative and city courts, the markets "Oberon Orto-Sai" and "Oberon Ford" were returned to the ownership of the Bishkek mayor's office. The estimated value of this property is 3 billion 889.6 million soms, and the total area is 8.1 hectares.
