As of October 30, 2025, under the initiative "Agricultural Financing-13" (AF-13), agricultural producers in Kyrgyzstan received preferential loans totaling 4,081.22 million soms.
The Ministry of Finance reported that this program is aimed at supporting farmers and promoting the development of key sectors of agriculture.
Loans by sector:
- 5,443 borrowers in livestock received 3,381.64 million soms;
- 898 entities in crop production — 441.02 million soms;
- 24 loans for water-saving technologies — 17.0 million soms;
- Leasing of agricultural machinery and equipment — 122 creditors for 241.56 million soms.
The total financing volume in the republic amounted to 6,487 loans for 4,081.22 million soms, broken down by regions:
- Chui Region — 1,169 loans for 744.32 million soms;
- Issyk-Kul Region — 1,105 loans for 606.67 million soms;
- Talas Region — 660 loans for 431.11 million soms;
- Naryn Region — 699 loans for 475.31 million soms;
- Jalal-Abad Region — 1,259 loans for 810.67 million soms;
- Osh Region — 1,132 loans for 728.49 million soms;
- Batken Region — 463 loans for 284.65 million soms.
