This initiative is carried out within the framework of the state program "Preferential Auto Loan Financing-2," the main goal of which is to support the domestic automotive industry and stimulate interest in the products of local manufacturers.
With the help of the new guarantee product "Unnaa," 58 citizens have already been able to buy locally assembled vehicles without a down payment.
As of November 10, 2025, the total amount of guarantees issued under the "Unnaa" program reached nearly 24.5 million soms, which enabled the issuance of auto loans totaling over 107 million soms.
In October of this year, 18 guarantees were issued for a total of 6.5 million soms, which facilitated auto financing of 29.5 million soms.
Access to the program is available to both individuals, including individual entrepreneurs, and legal entities engaged in commercial activities. Guarantees can be obtained from state banks.
