According to information from the Open Joint Stock Company "Guarantee Fund," as of November 10, 2025, 58 Kyrgyz citizens were able to purchase locally produced cars without the need to make an initial payment thanks to the "Unaa" program.
The total amount of guarantees issued under this program reached nearly 24.5 million soms, allowing citizens to secure auto loans totaling over 107.1 million soms. In particular, in October of this year, the fund issued 18 guarantees amounting to 6.5 million soms, which facilitated auto lending at a level of 29.5 million soms.
The "Unaa" program was launched as part of the state initiative "Preferential Auto Loan Financing-2," which started in March 2025. The main goal of this project is to stimulate demand for cars and commercial vehicles produced in the country.
The "Unaa" guarantee allows for the purchase of any Chevrolet model manufactured by Tulpar Motors. To obtain the guarantee, it is necessary to secure an auto loan from the Open Joint Stock Company "Eldik Bank" or the Open Joint Stock Company "Aiyl Bank."
This program is available for both individuals, including individual entrepreneurs, and legal entities engaged in commercial activities. The maximum participation share of the Guarantee Fund for the "Unaa" product is up to 30% of the financing amount.
