In October 2025, there was a sharp rise in cases of illegal residential construction — from 9 to 99. Fines imposed on violators increased from 210,000 to 3,383,500 soms.
Moreover, the number of issued orders also increased: in October, 77 violations were registered, which is 49 more than in the previous month (28). Administrative measures rose from 36 to 56, and the total amount of fines increased from 4,746,000 to 27,363,000 soms.
This month, 159 objects were added to the registry, which is 13 fewer compared to the same period last year.
