Timed to coincide with the celebration of Nowruz, which is celebrated on March 21, the competition was organized as part of the project "Aryba kyrgyzymdyn narktyulugu" aimed at promoting Kyrgyz cuisine.
During the event, institutions, enterprises, and private individuals presented various dishes. An exhibition was also organized, where dairy products, numerous types of bread, and a variety of meat products could be seen. Sponsors awarded cash prizes to the winners.
Results of the competition:
1st place was taken by the secondary school named after Shukurbech Beshenaliev from the village of Bayetov, receiving 20,000 soms and a diploma;
2nd place was taken by the village of Terek, with a prize of 15,000 soms and a diploma;
3rd place was taken by the kindergarten "Zhas tilek" from the village of Bayetov, which received 10,000 soms and a diploma.
