According to the city administration, two young individuals became the subject of administrative proceedings after their actions near garbage containers were recorded by surveillance cameras.
The incident, according to the municipal administration, occurred on March 19 at around 16:30. The recordings show unidentified individuals throwing household waste in an area not designated for this purpose, ignoring sanitary norms.
The city administration noted that such actions are unacceptable. “In Kant, a violation was recorded: unknown individuals threw garbage in an unauthorized place. This violation of urban improvement rules entails administrative responsibility, including fines. The area is under constant monitoring, and round-the-clock surveillance is in place,” the municipality reported.
Currently, operational measures are being conducted to identify the offenders. City services urge citizens with information about these individuals to contact the relevant authorities.
The Kant city administration warns that efforts to identify violators are being carried out in an intensified mode. Any attempts to pollute public areas will be recorded by cameras and stopped in accordance with current legislation.
