According to Manas Koychukulov, head of the municipal property management of the city administration, plans are in place to restore the damaged fences.
“These structures were installed with the support of sponsors, and the city administration did not allocate budget funds for their financing. The collapse of the stones occurred after two days of heavy rain. The sponsors have expressed their readiness to restore the fences as soon as possible and are currently awaiting the arrival of specialists. The completion of their construction took place in August 2025,” he noted.
