According to available data, graduates from the village of Kök-Tash, located in the Sumbulin rural district, raised funds and carried out a major repair of field roads with a total length of about 3 kilometers, also widening the roadway.
As noted by the chairman of the Sumbulin rural council, Kalykuly Kenzhebaev, this section of the road is an important artery for local residents, used for trips to the summer pastures and fields.
“Recently, movement along this road had become difficult, and it needed restoration. The graduates, marking the 20th anniversary of their graduation, financed the road repair themselves, which significantly simplified the work for both farmers and herders. Local institutions and enterprises also actively participated in the repairs,” he added.
