Kyrgyzstani athletes became bronze medalists at the Asian Shooting Championship

At the Asian Shooting Championship taking place in New Delhi, the Kyrgyzstan team won bronze medals. This was reported by the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Abdurazzak Muratov and Zhibek Bektasheva became medalists in the WP-6 discipline (pneumatic rifle, mixed), demonstrating outstanding results and excellent teamwork.

As a result of the competition, they secured third place, which allowed them to become bronze medalists of the continental championship.

Additionally, in the team competition among girls in the Air Rifle event (pneumatic rifle), Kyrgyz athletes also won bronze. The team consisted of Albina Tuleberdieva, Datkaim Sadykova, and Zhibek Bektasheva.

It is worth noting that Kyrgyzstan is represented by 16 athletes and 3 coaches at the Asian Championship.

The championship runs from February 2 to 14 and includes competitions among boys, youth, and adults. A total of 385 athletes from 19 countries are participating in the tournament.
