The Kyrgyzstan National Boxing Team Will Compete at the Asian Championship in Mongolia

The national boxing team of the Kyrgyz Republic is preparing to participate in the 2026 Asian Championship, which will be held under the auspices of World Boxing. This information was announced by the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic.

This continental championship will take place in the capital of Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar, from March 28 to April 11.

The team consists of eight boxers: Bekzat Ergeshov (up to 50 kg), Nursultan Asanakunov (up to 55 kg), Amantur Jumayev (up to 60 kg), Mirzozid Imam Nazarov (up to 65 kg), Eldar Turdubaev (up to 70 kg), Atai Damir (up to 75 kg), Mukhamadaziz Zakirov (up to 85 kg), and Tynystan Alybaev (up to 90 kg).

Daniyar Tologon uulu leads the team as the head coach, while Ulan Sagynbaev is the senior coach.

The athletes from Kyrgyzstan will compete for medals at this important continental tournament, representing their country on the international stage.
