District No. 3. How the order of candidates for the Housing Council deputies appears on the ballot

The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums held a draw on November 8 to establish the order of candidates for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in the ballots covering all 30 districts.

In district No. 3, 27 applications were submitted, and as a result of the registration, 17 candidates were granted the right to participate in the elections.

The boundaries of district No. 3 include: the entire A. Masalievsky and Uch-Korgon rural districts of the Kadamjai region, the city of Kyzyl-Kiya, as well as the entire T. Kulatovsky, Toolos, and Kok-Jar rural districts of the Nookat region, and the Too-Moyun rural district of the Aravan region.

Below is the list of candidates that will be listed on the ballot:

2. Asilbek Matkalikov
3. Gulnara Duvanaeva
4. Zhanibek Amatov
5. Akram Madumarov
6. Abduvali Arzybekov
7. Zhyrgalbek Kalmatov
8. Azamat Abdrakhmanov
9. Bakytbek Matraimov
10. Bekmurza Berdibekov
11. Mahabat Mavlyanova
12. Saidbek Zulpuyev
13. Aytolkun Boronova
14. Damira Matosmonova
15. Baktiyar Musaev
16. Akylbek Shamaev
17. Maksatbek Toygonbaev.

In addition, free airtime was allocated for candidates on state television channels, as well as advertisements placed in print publications.

After the draw, a memorandum was signed between the candidates. This event was attended by authorized representatives of the registered candidates, public and international observers, as well as journalists.

The early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh are scheduled for November 30, and the campaigning will begin on November 10.
