The early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in this district were recognized as valid, and the protocol on the election results was approved.
According to the voting results, the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh are:
- Dastanbek Artisbekovich Jumabekov – 12,928 votes (22.97%);
- Meders Oskonbekovich Chotonov – 10,164 votes (18.06%);
- Medina Kairylbekovna Kairylbekova – 8,951 votes (15.90%).
Of these, 7,013 people voted remotely.
According to protocol No. 16 of the district election commission dated December 3, 2025, the candidates received the following results:
- Ruslanbek Shergazievich Jakyshev – 8,872 votes (15.76%);
- Dastanbek Artisbekovich Jumabekov – 12,928 votes (22.97%);
- Medina Kairylbekovna Kairylbekova – 8,951 votes (15.90%);
- Aziz Biymyrza uulu – 3,816 votes (6.78%);
- Meirim Töröbekovna Syidalieva – 1,399 votes (2.49%);
- Meders Oskonbekovich Chotonov – 10,164 votes (18.06%);
- Mirgul Rasul kyzy – 2,662 votes (4.73%);
- Medetbek Rysbekovich Suyunbaev – 546 votes (0.97%);
- Marat Moldonovich Murataliev – 5,005 votes (8.89%);
- Adylbek Eshimbekovich Kapalov – 1,275 votes (2.27%);
- "against all" – 538 votes (0.93%).
The elections were conducted in accordance with new rules, including a gender quota requiring at least one female deputy from each district.
Overall, the elections were held without serious incidents, although some violations were recorded.
The final results will be known by December 14, and preliminary data is currently available.
