The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums published the preliminary results of the voting using automated ballot reading machines for the elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh on November 30.

The results for district No. 17 (including: Besh-Tash, Kara-Kol, Ken-Kol, Shumkar-Uya, and Chon-Alysh rural districts of the Talas region; the city of Kainy, as well as Kuramin, Kurpuldok, Frunze, and Orto-Kayindy rural districts of the Panfilov region; Jaiyl, Sary-Koos, Suusamyr, and Taldy-Bulak rural districts of the Jaiyl region; and the city of Kara-Balta):

The early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in Kyrgyzstan were completed on November 30. A total of 460 candidates participated in these elections.

To form the parliament, the country is divided into 30 districts, from each of which three deputies will be elected based on the highest number of votes received. It is important to note that the gender quota must be observed: deputies from one district cannot consist solely of representatives of one gender — possible combinations include 2 women and 1 man or 2 men and 1 woman.
