According to deputy Talaybek Masabirov, the village of Kolot has more than 500 households, yet not a single social facility has been built here so far.

Currently, a temporary space located in an emergency building constructed over 90 years ago is being used for the needs of the kindergarten.

Talaybek Masabirov expressed a request for the necessity of building a new, modern kindergarten for the local residents.
