On January 21, at a meeting of the parliament, Deputy Cholpon Esenamanova of the Jogorku Kenesh raised the issue faced by the residents of the village of Kaptal-Aryk in the Panfilov district.

According to her, this village is famous for being the birthplace of the renowned Kyrgyz poet Alykul Osmonov. However, currently, there is no kindergarten in Kaptal-Aryk, despite the significant number of preschool-aged children in the village.

Esenamanova noted that parents are facing difficulties: they either have to transport their children to neighboring villages or leave them at home, which creates serious problems for families. This issue is extremely relevant for local residents.

The deputy proposed to instruct the relevant state authorities to explore the possibility of creating a kindergarten for 100 children, using funds from grants or the republican budget.
