The head of the Capital Construction Department, Ermek Arymbaev, responded, stating that the kindergarten project has already been completed; however, it did not pass the examination due to a number of comments and currently requires further development. He clarified that the design is being carried out at the request of their department, and the contractor is a private company.
“They have been designing for 5 years. If they are unable to complete it, it should be handed over to another contractor. The contract clearly specifies the design deadlines. There is a school nearby; we can consider the possibility of building a single-story building there. We must monitor the process and expedite it, as the residents of this area have been waiting for a kindergarten for 5 years, and we still cannot complete it. Please take this under control and transfer it to another contractor,” Ergeshov stated.
Arymbaev also noted that additional funds would be needed to account for technical conditions, as the plot of land is not entirely suitable.
