This decision was made to support the activities of the "Research Institute of the Botanical Garden named after E. Gareev," which is part of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the new amendments, the annex to the Cabinet's resolution now looks as follows:

Note.
Establish the following ratios:
- for the distribution of staffing levels in scientific and scientific-technical organizations: administrative and managerial staff - no more than 10%, main staff - at least 75%, junior and technical support staff - no more than 15%;
- for the distribution of staffing levels in the Office of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences: administrative and managerial staff - no more than 17%, main staff - at least 53%, junior and technical support staff - no more than 30%;
- for the distribution of staffing levels in the Botanical Garden named after E. Gareev: administrative and managerial staff - no more than 5%, main staff - at least 65%, junior and technical support staff - no more than 30%.
The Ministry of Finance is instructed to:
- provide for additional allocations in the republican budget for 2026 to increase the staffing levels of employees in the scientific sector;
- make amendments to the draft law "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on the Republican Budget for 2026 and the Planning Period of 2027-2028," taking into account these changes.
The resolution will come into effect from the moment of its official publication.
