The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has decided to create a list of categories of workers for whom a special work regime is characteristic and the duration of their working hours has been defined. This document was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
The main task of this resolution is to legally regulate working hours for certain categories of employees engaged in work under special working conditions. This corresponds to the norms of the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and takes into account the specifics of working conditions and the level of workload.
The document was developed in accordance with the updated Labor Code and includes over 100 categories of workers from various sectors.
It is expected that the implementation of the resolution will contribute to improving the legal regulation of labor relations, as well as enhancing the efficiency of labor standardization and planning of labor processes, as stated in the message from the Cabinet of Ministers.
