According to Article 155 of the Labor Code, enterprises with 25 or more employees are required to allocate at least 4% of jobs for people with disabilities. These vacancies can be offered on a part-time basis.
Quotas for the employment of persons with disabilities are determined based on the number of employees:
- for 25-49 employees — one job;
- for 50-74 — two jobs, of which at least one must be for persons of the I or II disability group;
- for 75-99 — three jobs, also with at least one for persons of the I or II disability group;
- for 100 or more — the quota increases depending on the total number of employees.
The ministry noted that these initiatives contribute to creating equal opportunities and developing an inclusive labor market in all sectors of the economy.
