New rules regarding the use of the names of key characters from the trilogy "Manas" have been approved in the Kyrgyz Republic. This decision was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, as reported by the government press service.
The document aims to establish a legal framework regulating the use of the names of the main heroes of the epic "Manas," as well as derivative words and phrases in trademarks, names of legal entities, and service marks. One of the tasks is also to ensure a responsible and correct approach to the use of these names, in accordance with moral standards.
The key objectives of this resolution include defining the conditions and restrictions for using the names of the heroes and adhering to ethical standards, as well as the requirements of the state language.
