In his message, he emphasized that the trilogy 'Manas', 'Semetey', and 'Seitek' is not only a cultural heritage of the Kyrgyz people but is also recognized as a world treasure, included in the UNESCO List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

Arslan Koichiev also noted that the epic 'Manas' symbolizes patriotism, civic duty, and the unity of the people, as well as the integrity of the state.
He added that this work has been passed down from generation to generation and enriched by the talent of great manaschi, who could narrate it for months, adding new details to the story.
The Secretary of State emphasized the importance of studying and popularizing the epic in the country. He reminded that in accordance with the presidential decree of April 22, 2022, a law was adopted in the Kyrgyz Republic that protects and promotes the development of national values, including the trilogy 'Manas'.
“The epic 'Manas' represents the greatest spiritual heritage of our people, embodying the wisdom of our ancestors and their creative genius,” he noted in his congratulatory message.
In addition, Arslan Koichiev expressed wishes for good health and well-being to all Kyrgyzstanis, assuring that the legacy of the manaschi will live on for centuries.
