The main goal of this resolution is to legally regulate the duration of working hours for certain categories of employees engaged in specific jobs, in accordance with the country's Labor Code. It takes into account the peculiarities of working conditions and the level of workload. This list has been developed based on the new edition of the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and includes more than 100 categories of workers from various fields.
The implementation of this resolution is aimed at improving the legal regulation of labor relations, as well as enhancing the efficiency of labor standardization and planning of labor processes.
