This statement followed President Sadyr Japarov's speech at the People's Kurultai, where he announced plans to raise salaries for teachers by 2026, with a focus on mathematics and Kyrgyz language instructors. As a result, many raised the question: what about other education workers?
The Minister stated that this time the increase will affect all categories of education workers, including teachers, kindergarten educators, methodologists, and staff from professional development institutes, as well as the Academy of Education.
“We aim to raise the salaries of all workers in the education system. Previously, such increases did not include class teachers, kindergarten directors, and social educators. This time, we plan to increase salaries for all workers in the education sector,” she emphasized.
