The press service of the Ministry of Education reports that thanks to the implementation of digital systems, about 70% of statistical data in the field of school education is now generated with their help. Deputy Minister Lira Samykbaeva shared this information.

She noted that a significant portion of the reporting forms that were previously filled out manually has been converted to electronic format. This transformation has significantly reduced the volume of paper reporting and eased administrative duties for teachers and school administrators.

As part of the automated information system "Kündölük," a unified digital registry of children has been created, covering both general and initial vocational education. Currently, the ministry is working on creating a preschool registry that will include portfolios from kindergartens.

The process of forming information about each child begins at an early age and continues at all levels of education. Starting from September 1, 2025, student personal files will be maintained exclusively in electronic form, eliminating the need for paper documents and simplifying the process of transferring between schools and education levels.

The electronic portfolio of a student includes grades, attendance, participation in Olympiads and competitions, as well as socio-demographic and medical information, allowing for a comprehensive approach to education.

The National Registry of Educational Workers "Mugalim" contains complete information about the qualifications, experience, certification results, and professional development of teachers. This system also serves as a unified platform for access to other educational services and ensures a transparent online selection for the personnel reserve for educational institution leaders.

In the area of school infrastructure management, a unified digital registry of educational organizations has been developed. It allows real-time monitoring of school occupancy, the number of shifts, and exceeding design capacities. This data is already being used as one of the key tools for planning the construction of new schools and developing educational infrastructure.

Additionally, a digital library of educational and methodological materials called "Sanarip Kampa" has been created in the country. It collects interactive resources on core natural science subjects for students from grades 5 to 11 and teachers. Currently, the library is being integrated with the electronic journal and will become part of a unified digital educational environment.
