Kenenbaeva noted that significant records have been achieved in the industry both at the national level and in a global context. One of the main aspects of this digitalization is the "Farmer Service Centers" platform, which creates an integrated system of services and electronic solutions. This initiative will provide farmers with access to necessary knowledge, markets, and financial instruments, while simultaneously reducing corruption risks and minimizing bureaucratic obstacles.
Currently, 26 services are already in the process of being translated into digital format, and 16 specialized projects are actively being developed. In addition, new information systems are being implemented and a large-scale digitization of documents is underway, she added.
Previously, citizens had to gather a large number of certificates and contact different departments to obtain a single service, which was quite exhausting.
“In the new system, data will be received automatically. The ministry will be able to see the complete picture for each farmer and provide more targeted support,” emphasized the Deputy Minister.
She also noted that the digital platform will integrate "smart" irrigation and water resource management technologies aimed at conserving water resources and optimizing their distribution.
