Half of these are related to irrigation issues, while 30% concern providing the population with clean drinking water. The appeals also raised topics such as the rational use of pastures, the establishment of processing plants and trade-logistics centers, the development of veterinary services, access to mineral fertilizers, improvement of livestock breeding, and the provision of preferential loans.
Currently, the authorized representatives of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the regions, as well as the heads of district state administrations and rural administrations, hold monthly online meetings (VKS) to discuss the implementation of the delegates' appeals. The leadership oversees this process.
