According to Torobaev, the breeding farm will undergo complete restoration: the equipment in the production facilities will be updated, livestock complexes will be automated, and modern digital technologies will be implemented in the processes.
The minister also noted that the World Bank has allocated a grant of $2.2 million for major repairs and the acquisition of equipment for the breeding farm.
He emphasized that these reforms are aimed at improving the efficiency of agriculture, creating modern production chains, and increasing the country's export potential.
