Starting from December 8, 2025, all documents and applications required for private schools to obtain licenses for educational activities will be accepted only through the automated Licensing system, according to information from the press service of the Ministry of Education. The acceptance of paper documents will end at 6:00 PM on December 5.
The transition to an electronic format for submitting applications aims to simplify the entire licensing process and increase its transparency. This new procedure is being implemented as part of a digital transformation program initiated by Government accelerators.
Private educational institutions will now be able to submit their applications online via this link.
