Applications for free education in Russian universities under the quotas provided by the Government of Russia for the academic year 2026/27 are being accepted until December 15. Kyrgyzstan has been allocated 700 places, which means full coverage of tuition expenses for students.
Applications can be submitted by both high school graduates wishing to study in bachelor's and specialist programs, as well as graduates of higher educational institutions who want to enroll in master's, postgraduate, residency, internship programs, or improve their qualifications.
The advantages of applying under the quotas include:
free participation in the competitive selection process, including consultations and testing; the ability to submit documents online through the platform education-in-russia.com; online testing for high school and college graduates; no need to take the ORT or Unified State Exam; the choice of up to six universities; a wide selection — over 450 universities and almost all civilian specialties.
Applications are accepted for fields in engineering, art, social and humanitarian sciences, pedagogy, medicine, agriculture, and other areas.
