To obtain a license, individuals will need to provide:
a copy of the vehicle registration certificate (and, if necessary, a power of attorney for management);
a copy of the technical inspection report;
a copy of the mandatory civil liability insurance contract for passengers;
a copy of the agreement with legal or natural persons for conducting daily pre-trip technical inspections and medical examinations of drivers;
proof of at least three years of driving experience;
and other necessary documents.
