From November 10 to 16, 2023, a total of 26,365 traffic violations were registered in Kyrgyzstan, according to preliminary data.
According to the information provided by the State Traffic Safety Department (GUOBDD), among these violations:
- 2,177 cases of driving without necessary documents;
- 336 cases of driving under the influence of alcohol;
- 162 violations related to illegal window tinting;
- 1,122 cases where traffic rules were violated involving pedestrians;
- 3,925 violations concerning the operation of vehicles;
- 19 cases of auto hooliganism;
- 4,029 cases of exceeding the established speed limit;
- 7 instances of operating vehicles with forged state registration plates.
Additionally, 10,369 violations of other categories were registered.
As a result of various violations, 4,219 vehicles were impounded.
The GUOBDD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs strongly urges drivers and pedestrians to strictly adhere to traffic rules.
