Kyrgyzstani applicants can submit applications for studies at universities in Russia until December 15
For citizens of Kyrgyzstan, 700 quotas for budget education are provided. These quotas apply to both bachelor's and specialist programs for high school graduates, as well as to master's, postgraduate, residency, and internship programs, as well as professional development for those who have already completed higher education.
The main advantages for Kyrgyz citizens applying for quotas in Russian universities include:
1. Completely free education, including admission, consultations, and testing;
2. The ability to submit documents online, without the need to leave home — all files are uploaded through the website;
3. Testing for school students and college students also takes place in an online format;
4. No need to take the ORT or the Unified State Exam (EGE);
5. The ability to choose up to six universities — the application is submitted once, and it will be reviewed by all the institutions you specify;
6. A wide selection of specialties — more than 450 universities and almost all civilian fields of study.
Specialties and Fields of Study
Enrollment is conducted for a variety of specialties, including technical, engineering, creative, social-humanitarian, pedagogical, medical, agricultural, and others.
For those wishing to enroll in Russian universities, it is necessary to register on the website by December 15, 2025, choose the level of education, direction, and specialty, as well as upload all required documents. Complete information about educational institutions, programs, and cities is available on this resource.
Additional information about admission opportunities to Russian universities for residents of Kyrgyzstan can be found on the website of the educational department of the Russian House in Bishkek, as well as on the social media pages of the Rossotrudnichestvo representation in the country.
