For students from Kyrgyzstan, 700 budget places have been allocated, allowing admission to bachelor's, specialist, master's, postgraduate, residency, and internship programs. This applies to both school and university graduates.
The advantages of admission to Russian universities under quotas for citizens of Kyrgyzstan include:
