The platform was created by the Kyrgyz IT company Ulut Soft.kg and fits within the framework of the state strategy for the digital transformation of the educational system.
The Ustat portal allows educators to take advanced training courses in a convenient online format.
Available on the platform are:
- video lectures and online courses on relevant educational programs;
- practical assignments and tests;
- automated generation of electronic certificates;
- a personal account system for monitoring progress;
- notifications about new courses;
- access to educational materials and methodological recommendations.
Currently, more than 9,000 teachers have already registered on the platform and started their training, receiving electronic certificates of the new format.
In total, there are about 94,000 educators working in schools across Kyrgyzstan.
