According to the institute, the tremors were felt on October 28 at 6:25 AM. The epicenter was located 15 kilometers northwest of the village of Kashka-Suu and 18 kilometers from Kara-Kabak.
The intensity of the earthquake in Kashka-Suu was 2.5 on the Richter scale.
It was previously reported that on October 28 at 2:05 AM, an earthquake was also recorded in Kyrgyzstan. The epicenter was on the territory of the country, 18 kilometers northwest of Kashka-Suu, 19 kilometers from Kara-Kabak, and 35 kilometers northeast of the village of Daroot-Korgon.
