An earthquake was recorded in Turkey

An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.7 occurred in the Black Sea, near Istanbul, as reported by the Kazinform agency citing TASS.

According to information from Turkey's Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD), the epicenter was located at a depth of 13 km northwest of the city, approximately 16 km from the shore. At the same time, the Kandilli seismic center recorded a magnitude of 3.9.

The tremors were felt by local residents at 19:44 (17:44 Astana time). There have been no reports of damage or injuries, and no panic was observed among the residents.
