This decision was the result of the decree of President Sadyr Japarov No. 327, signed on November 24. It is aimed at creating conditions for the formation of an effective system for providing state and municipal services.
The Academy is now not subordinate to the State Agency for Public Service and Local Self-Government under the Cabinet of Ministers.The special regime will be in effect for one year.
The Academy faces the following tasks:
- to undergo state re-registration with the justice authorities;
- to align its decisions with the mentioned decree and take appropriate measures.
- by 100% for administrative, managerial, and other staff;
- by 50% for rectors and vice-rectors;
- by 100% for teachers.
