“Methodologists play the role of teachers for other teachers, as they explain teaching methodology. The issue of increasing their salaries has been raised more than once, but so far no satisfactory answer has been received,” the deputy noted.
Minister of Education Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva confirmed: “You are right, the salary of the teachers of teachers should be higher than that of an ordinary teacher. We have already sent the relevant requests to the necessary structures. We hope that the issue will be resolved by 2026.”
